"A group of staff were trained by Martina about restorative justice and learning how to have those restorative conversations. It has been so successful in the first few months that we want to embed this across the school community. The response from the students has been fantastic and has brought about a complete change in attitudes from staff and pupils alike.
Head of Pastoral Care, Belfast, November 2016.

'Martina is very competent in verbal and written communications. She has excellent knowledge and skills in restorative practice with a breadth of experience networking in the criminal justice sector at both strategic and operational levels. Her interpersonal communication skills have effectively brought together hundreds of victims and offenders to resolve how the offender can put right the harm caused to victims. Martina is highly respected in her field by her peers, and others in the criminal justice sector.
I commend her for her high quality delivery in restorative justice'

Alice Chapman, OBE, November, 2012
