Restorative Practice Training is delivered by accredited, experienced trainers and will empower organisations to facilitate responsible, respectful and effective restorative interventions. You will learn how to resolve conflict and reduce further harm between individuals or groups, and consequently develop better working and learning environments.
Introductory theory and skills training is delivered over three days, or six half-days. Further training for facilitators working with serious/complex cases is delivered face-to-face over two days. Training will take place wherever is deemed suitable for the organisation.
Training is delivered in groups and is a combination of lecture, groupwork and experiential exercises.
Training can also be delivered hybrid, if desired.
